Formerly going by the name of Soho, the Bluff neighborhood is located in Allegheny County, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and encompasses the zip code area of 15219. Popular attractions are also near, such as Just Ducky Tours, offering amphibious vehicle land and water tours of Pittsburgh. Segway in Paradise Tours are just seven minutes away and feature a unique way to traverse the city of Pittsburgh, offering guided Segway tours.
