This is a coming soon Rental unit. Expectation is to have it inspected early next week by Code. This home has a brand new electric hot water heater, All new Electric baseboard heaters. Fresh paint and flooring. Very large basement with very high ceilings in basement. Washer Dryer hook-ups in basement. Large back yard that is fenced in. Garage is not included with home. Tenant pays all utilities. Section 8 is excepted if they approve the unit, tenant, and home. We will not pay or do any thing extra for section 8. We will not sign a contract with them. We how ever will except there payments on behalf of the tenant if they choose that. No we will not except cso for deposit and first months rent. We do not except cso for the first year of a lease in any of our home. We are very timely with any repairs that are needed. We expect that same from a tenant. You must fill out an application on our website prior to calling or seeing a home. If you choose to more forwards with the home once you have seen it there is a back round check required. No we are not looking for a 700 credit score if you had that we would be helping you buy a home not rent. No this home is not a rent to own that is not legal in PA. Photo's will be uploaded once home is done and inspected. How ever by then we normally already will have a tenant identified for the unit and would be delisting the unit.
