The house holds 21 people with 14 bedrooms (9 singles, 6 doubles) and 6 bathrooms. The home is three stories above-ground with a large basement and has plenty of common space for community events and the occasional late-night brainstorming session. The house has undergone significant renovations over the years and is a short 5 minute walk to Penn State's campus.
