Owner managed property, Coin operated laundry in basement (two washers & two dryers), (Gas) Baseboard heating, Property has multiple cameras for security in common areas and exterior of building. Trash is picked up weekly by the city in city provided bins. All trash must be contained in the bin with lid shut. Items that are non recyclable that are placed in recycling bins (I.e. plastic bags) are subject to fine by the city. fines usually range between $100 to $500. The city in turn fines me for these infractions, which I then push to the tenant who caused the infraction. All bins are clearly labeled and under 24hour surveillance.
