The apartment has one queen bedroom, one office/bedroom with a trundle bed that sleeps 2, and a loft with two twin beds. There is a screened in porch and a large grassy yard. The house is in a quiet, lake-front neighborhood with all the conveniences you could possibly want, and near exits 10&12 off 295. It is 15 minutes from Providence and TF Green Airport and 1 hour from Boston. Pets are welcome, but must be trained and well-behaved. Pet security deposit will be assessed before move-in. Rent will be due on the 1st of each month. This apartment may be leased from 30 days to one year, but 3-6 month stays are preferable.
