A three bedroom apartment with spacious dining room and living room. Your own washer and dryer is located in the basement. Private second floor porch with driveway parking and detached garage. Access to garden that you can use and backyard. A 100$ a month can be deducted from the rent for lawn care and snow removal (mower and snowblower provided). No smoking inside but can smoke outside on the porch.
