Leesburg, GA Apartments for Rent

Pecan groves and centuries-old oak trees line the small, southern city of Leesburg. Incorporated in 1898, Leesburg is one of the oldest cities in Georgia. It was first founded in 1872 as the town of Wooten. Situated just 20 minutes from downtown Albany, Leesburg is part of the Albany metro area.

With a low crime rate and plenty of open spaces, Leesburg is a country town close to parks, downtown Albany, and the Flint River.

30 minutes away, Georgia Veterans Memorial State Park offers a golf course, boating, fishing, and a beach, along with a museum with aircraft, armored vehicles, uniforms, weapons, medals, and other items from the Revolutionary War through the Gulf War.

In nearby Albany, the Parks at Chehaw offer everything from BMX to a wild animal park. And, just 15 minutes away, the Flint River is perfect for fishing and boating.

If finding an apartment to rent in the heart of the South appeals to you, then look in Leesburg.
