Brentwood, TN Apartments for Rent

Visitors are greeted by graceful, historical homes nestled among tree-lined streets as they enter Brentwood, Tennessee. Large parks and a paved trail system accentuate the natural beauty of this suburban community. Located in Williamson County just eight miles from Nashville, Brentwood’s great location along I-65 makes it a desirable city for those wanting to rent apartments near Nashville.

An extensive park system includes Crockett Park, where the historic Cool Springs House sits. A beautiful Victorian dating from the 1830s, the Cool Springs House is available for events. Crockett Park’s 164 acres is the site of many community events, including a summer concert series and an annual 4th of July celebration.

Primm Park contains Boiling Spring Academy, a one-room schoolhouse that opened in 1833. Primm Park is also home to five Indian mounds built between 900 and 1450 AD.

Brentwood’s manicured lawns, picturesque homes, and great schools make it an excellent apartment renting destination.
