Also conveniently located on the second floor is the spacious laundry room, which boasts a full sized washer and dryer. High speed internet **Attic and backyard shed are not for tenant use** 2 dogs allowed. No cats. UTILITIES: Included in cost of the rent with monthly cap of $300 per month.
