All of our 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartment homes feature an eat-in kitchen with granite countertops and upgraded appliances including a stove, built-in microwave, refrigerator, and freezer with automatic ice-maker, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and double stainless steel sink. We also have 1 and 2-bedroom apartment homes with sunrooms for that added space you can use as an office, relaxation area, or extra storage. Our 3-bedroom apartment homes include a sunroom and a kitchen island for more counter space, as well as walk-in closets. All apartments have oversized closets, cable/internet connections, plenty of outlets in all rooms, and a laundry room with connections for a full-size, side-by-side washer and dryer. Here at Sabal Palms we also have storage units and garages available based on availability at an additional cost. We are a pet-friendly community and love your furry friends!!! We invite them to play in our fenced-in dog park. Dogs and cats are allowed in our apartment homes with a non-refundable pet fee, per pet, and monthly pet rent, per pet.
