This home is currently under construction. We are planning on it being completed by the end of January or first part of February, but it may be done earlier. Some restrictions on breed/size apply. ALL pets must be pre-approved. Removable Command hooks for hanging items on walls ONLY. No utilities included. Washer and dryer hook ups, but we do not provide the machines. Security deposit is equal to one month rent. Minimum of 12month lease. There is a non-refundable $500 pet fee per pet, and a refundable $1,000 pet deposit per pet.
