Guests will enter the home with a digital door code on the front door. Inside, you'll be welcomed into the cozy living space, complete with a large sofa bed, two armchairs, and a large SmartTV. The dining room, accessible through the living room, features a beautiful farm table, perfect for gathering for a meal. The fully equipped kitchen includes pots, pans, dishes, a refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, SmartTV, and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom is oversized with two full-size beds and built-in bookshelves, while the other two bedrooms each have comfortable full-size beds. The second bathroom is spacious and shared by the other three bedrooms. Just off the kitchen is the laundry space with a full-sized washer and dryer. Enjoy the open backyard and BBQ if the weather is nice. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended, are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. Additional cleaning costs due to pets will be charged if necessary. The house features a digital keypad at the front door for access, with the code provided upon check-in. Guests have full and private access to the home. We offer contact-free check-in via a digital door code and are available by phone if needed. Pets must be crated when left unattended, and there are charges for additional cleaning if pet hair or waste is found. Guests must be 21 years of age to book. A laptop computer is not included.
