We have a recent opening in one of our condos located in the Marcliffe community. This unit is conveniently located off of highway 707 near the Blackmoor Golf Course in Murrells Inlet. Nestled on the second floor, this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo includes a nice screened in porch, water, basic cable, pest control, and access to the community pool. We will be asking $1795.00 per month for this unit -- Prior to move in you are required to place a security deposit down in the amount of $1795.00. This community does accept small pets, 40lbs and under. In order for the HOA to approve your pet, you first have to fill out a form and submit it with pictures of your pet. Once approved, you will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit of $250.00 for your pet. Includes water and pest. Unit has been completely painted,new flooring,lighting,countertops,w/d included! Our viewing hours are Monday through Saturday from 10am to 3pm. Please be sure to call ahead for viewing availability. This property will be shown on a first come, first serve basis.
