I'd be happy to meet. this would be great for someone looking to move down to get to know the area. what will happen is this is Technically a sublease but you get the apartment and all the apartment has to offer. you will take over my lease via the apartment complex and have this base rent ($921) until June-9-2016 (so basically you get a roughly 8 month lease but for a 12 month rate. after June 9th, If you want to renew the lease, it will be no longer a sublease and you will be the primary lease holder. this will be the exact same as getting a lease from the apartment in the first place except you get your $250 back cause your doing me a favor. Pets are aloud giving an initial fee and a pet rent added monthly (not included in shown rent) reason being for the reimbursement instead of upright paying for you application is I'm not paying for 20 different applications for people who just want to watch me throw away cash. but if YOU really want this apartment and you get approved, I will Reimburse you.
