This amazing raised beach house is 3 houses in from the ocean. This is a single family duplex and 2 units are available for a winter rental. Each unit has 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom, living room, full kitchen and stackable washer and dryer. There is a lockout door in between the two units connecting them inside (they will remain locked) and a shared front porch with separate stairways to each unit's side of the porch/front door. All utilities are included in the rental rate (electric, water/sewer, trash pickup, cable, internet, lawn service, quarterly pest control). Pets possibly considered on a case-by-case basis with a pet fee.
