All apartments have a queen-sized bed, 55-inch smart TV, couch, dresser, microwave, stovetop, and full-size refrigerator. ALL UTILITIES are included (Cable, wifi, gas, water, and electricity) The monthly rate starts at $895 with a six-month lease term. A refundable $895 security deposit is required at the time of move-in. We offer 3, 6, or 12 months lease options.
