Choose from 1 to 3-bedroom apartment floorplans with laundry in each building. Options to add a garage as well for $50 per month. Utility Fee for garbage, water, sewer, common electric and gas will be billed each month according to your unit size. Electric for the unit will need to be placed in your name.
