This is a 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom house with an additional Mother in Law Suite with a separate entrance below. You will be renting the entire house with lots of storage and lots of possibilities! It has a fenced backyard and a garage used for storage only. There is washer and dryer hookups on the main floor. There is a fully finished mother in law suite below with two rooms that can be used as office space or extra rooms, it also has an additional finished kitchen below and a bathroom and a separate entrance. 2 car limit only (side street parallel park) Pets: $250 non-refundable fee for each pet. Monthly pet rent $50 per pet. 2 pet limit. Utilities will be in Tenants name before move in. Lease: 12 month lease only. Lawn: You will need to maintain the lawn and keep it clean. $150 admin fee Tours will only be scheduled for serious inquires only. Must make 3x's the rent (combined if multiple occupants) and must be shown proof before touring. Great rental history and/or great references.
