This development addresses the affordable housing needs of Knoxville’s low to moderate income workforce who are increasingly caught in the gap between rising rents and ineligibility for other assistance. The location is ideal for downtown living, walkable to both Market Square and the Old City. Apartments include granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, over the range microwaves, dishwashers, and washer/dryer connections. Trash, parking, and water/sewer are included in the rent. Neighborhood amenities include a fitness center, pet spa station, public wi-fi, covered bike storage, playground, outdoor green space, multiple park areas, greenway connection, and indoor community space. To keep the housing affordable, all applicants will be income-qualified. We conduct background checks on all tenants.
