You will be staying in the unit with the door on the left side of the building. Guests will enter the apartment through a digital keypad. Once you reach upstairs, there is a bedroom on the left and a comfortable living room on the right with a sofa bed, a SmartTV, and access to the porch. Off the living room is another bedroom with a bathroom. Walk on the left, and you will find the dining room, kitchen, and bathroom. A charcoal grill is available for use. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended in the apartment. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the apartment, stains, or waste found in the yard or apartment, you will be charged the cost to clean this. This apartment is situated in a historic neighborhood near Lamar Avenue Highway. The area is rich with character and provides easy access to supermarkets and shopping centers. Just a few minutes from the University of Memphis and Midtown. Uber, Lyft, and other taxi services are available, but driving is encouraged. The apartment has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the apartment. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the apartment, but the yard is shared with the other unit. We offer contact-free check-in via a digital door code. A signed rental agreement is required and guests must be 21 years of age to book.
