Guests will enter through the front door using a digital keypad. Inside, the living room is comfortably furnished with a queen sofa bed, an armchair, and a Smart TV. A half wall separates the dining space and fully equipped kitchen, which includes essential cookware and dinnerware, a table with four chairs, and two countertop bar stools. The laundry room is conveniently located to the left of the kitchen. Down the hall, you'll find all three bedrooms and both bathrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a full bed, the second has a full bed and a twin over twin bunk bed, and the third bedroom has two full-size beds. Both bathrooms feature a shower/tub combination. Enjoy the large backyard and a grill available for use. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended in the home, and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. This home is located near downtown, just minutes from Mud Island. Uber, Lyft, and other taxi services are available, but driving is encouraged for ease of getting around. The house features a digital keypad at the front door for full and private access, with the code provided upon check-in. We offer contact-free check-in via a digital door code, but are only a phone call away if needed during your stay.
