Guests will enter the home through the front door on the patio, stepping into a cozy living room featuring a queen sleeper sofa and a large SmartTV. The dining room, with its large farmhouse table and two bench seats, is perfect for gathering and enjoying meals together. The fully equipped kitchen at the back of the home includes a full-size fridge, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Downstairs, there are three bedrooms: two with king-size beds and one with two full beds, along with a shared full bathroom. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms each feature a full bed, and there is a bathroom with a shower in the hallway. The backyard is fully fenced and accessible through the laundry room off the kitchen, while the front porch offers a patio table and chairs for enjoying the cool morning air. We are a pet-friendly home, welcoming pets with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All waste must be cleaned up from the yard, and any evidence of pet hair on furniture or excess hair in the home will incur additional cleaning charges. Our home is located just minutes from the Memphis Zoo, making it a convenient spot for exploring local attractions. While Uber, Lyft, and other taxi services are available, driving is encouraged for ease of getting around. The house features a digital keypad at the front door for easy access, with the code provided upon check-in.
