Welcome to The Rolling Stone, a spacious 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom home that comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests. Located just minutes from top attractions like the Memphis Zoo, Hall of Music, and Graceland, with Shelby Farms Park nearby for outdoor fun, this home offers cozy beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and a patio with seating, making it the perfect spot to relax whether you're here for the music scene or family visits. Guests will enter the home through the front door on the patio and be welcomed into the cozy living room with a large Smart TV. While the fireplace no longer works, it adds a warm ambiance to the room, making it feel like home. The dining room features a large farmhouse table with two bench seats for communal meals. At the back of the home, the fully equipped kitchen includes a full-size fridge, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Downstairs, there are three bedrooms: two with king-size beds and one with two full beds, along with a shared full bathroom. Upstairs, two more bedrooms each have a full bed, and there is one bathroom with a shower in the hallway. The backyard is fully fenced and accessible through the laundry room off the kitchen, and the front porch offers a patio table and chairs, perfect for enjoying the cool morning air. We are a pet-friendly home. Pets must be crated when left unattended and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All waste must be cleaned up from the yard. A non-refundable pet fee is required for all pets. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. The house is located minutes from the Memphis Zoo, offering easy access to Uber, Lyft, and other taxi services, although driving is encouraged for convenience.
