Just behind the sofa is an oversized farmhouse table with two bench seats, perfect for enjoying a home-cooked meal made in the fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes a full-size fridge, microwave, oven, and dishwasher, along with pots, pans, and other essential cookware. The house features four bedrooms: the first with a king bed and double doors leading to the backyard, the second with one double bed, and the third and fourth each with two double beds. There are two full bathrooms, one with a tub/shower combo and one with a shower. Enjoy the outdoor living spaces with a swing on the front porch and a fire pit with surrounding chairs in the fenced-in backyard. We are a pet-friendly home. Pets must be crated when left unattended and are not allowed on furniture or beds. A non-refundable pet fee is required for all pets. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. The home is located minutes from Overton Park and is close to shopping, restaurants, and attractions. Uber, Lyft, and other taxi services are available, but driving is encouraged. The house has a digital keypad at the front door for access, with the code provided upon check-in.
