This fully furnished rental includes everything you need to feel at home, plus free Wi-Fi, onsite laundry, and pet-friendly options for a fee. Guests will enter through the front door using a digital keypad. Once inside, you will be in the living room, which is furnished with a queen sleeper sofa, two armchairs, and a large Smart TV. Through the living room is the dining room, where the beautiful farm table provides seating for 6 guests. Just past the dining room is the fully equipped kitchen. Additionally, there is a covered porch just off the living room with patio furniture. This apartment has 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom is fitted with a king-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom with a standup shower. The second bedroom has 2 twin over twin bunk beds, and the third bedroom has 2 full-sized beds. The second full bathroom is shared between these two rooms and has a shower/tub combination. This unit has direct access to the washer and dryer. The backyard is fully fenced and there is a charcoal grill available for use. Pets are welcome with a $50 non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended in the home and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. This apartment is located in Midtown on a residential street and has easy access to most major attractions. It is less than a half mile to major grocery stores and restaurants. Uber, Lyft, and other taxi services are available, but driving is encouraged. The driveway and backyard are shared with the upstairs unit. The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.
