The living room, complete with a queen sofa bed, two armchairs, and a large Smart TV, is accessible through the dining area. Down the hall, you'll find all four bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Three bedrooms feature a full-size bed, while one bedroom has two full-size beds. A washer and dryer are conveniently located just off the kitchen. Access the fenced-in backyard through the dining room and master bedroom, where you'll find a patio and grill available for use. This pet-friendly home requires all pets to be crated when left unattended and prohibits pets on furniture or beds. A non-refundable pet fee is required for all pets. Additional cleaning costs due to pets will be charged if necessary. Situated in the residential area of Colonial Acres, this home is less than 3 miles from restaurants and shops. While Uber, Lyft, and other taxi services are available, driving is encouraged for ease of getting around.
