Wolf Forest Farms Neighborhood

Wolf Forest Farms in Memphis, Tennessee may have been a farm at one time. Now, it’s a commercial, retail, and residential community with plenty of room to grow. To the north are pastures, groves, and a pond. The south has shopping centers and a major medical center.

This community is bound by Germantown Road to the west, Highway 64 to the south, Brunswick Road to the east, and Ellis Road to the north. In the southeast corner of the community, Highway 64, Brunswick Road, and Interstate 40 intersect.

Wolf Forest Farm is on the road to becoming a residential community. Unnamed surface streets have been placed in the northern part of the community off of Ellis Road. Some streets have one or more homes on them. New Brunswick Road will connect these streets to the businesses near Highway 64.

Lakeside Behavioral Health Center is the community’s most visible facility. It’s located near Highway 64/Interstate 40 interchange. Since 1976, this 37-acre facility has been treating adults, seniors, adolescents, and children suffering from disorders such as anxiety, depression, and drug and alcohol additions.

Retail businesses can be found along the southwest corner near Germantown Road and Highway 64. There is also an industrial park here. Other shopping centers are to the south, in neighboring Wolf Chase. A triangle-shaped region between Highway 64 and Interstate 40 contains Wolf Chase Galleria, car dealerships, and several hotels and inns.

Wolf Forest Farm has two churches nearby: Great Oaks Church of Christ and Community of Christ, both east of Brunswick.
