All properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the condo, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. No smoking and no parties are allowed. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM with a $50 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The minimum age requirement of the primary person booking is 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM each day.
