The bedroom configuration includes one queen bed in the bedroom and one sofa bed in the living area. The condo is wheelchair accessible. Max two pets with a combined weight of 40lbs are allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs and similar breeds. An additional pet fee based on stay length is collected separately. Emotional Support Animals (ESA) may incur a pet fee and their presence can be declined from stays or experiences. There are so many places within walking distance of the building in Music Row. Lyft or Uber to Broadway (Downtown Nashville) and the famous Honky Tonks are only $5-7 one-way. For the bold and adventurous, dockless Lime scooters are also a great option. All properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the condo, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. No smoking and no parties are allowed. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM with a $50 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The minimum age requirement of the primary person booking is 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term guests (30 days or more) will be subject to a background search and credit check.
