A $200 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors or losing key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission and only one towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. No weapons or drugs are allowed, with zero tolerance enforced by police intervention. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM.
