The condo includes one complimentary parking spot and is wheelchair accessible. The condo allows a maximum of two pets with a combined weight of 40lbs, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs. An additional pet fee is based on the length of stay and is collected separately. Emotional Support Animals may incur a pet fee, and their presence can be declined. One towel is provided per guest per stay. Located in Music Row, there are numerous places within walking distance, including local favorites like Old Glory and Bella Napoli. All properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the condo, including balconies, patios, or common areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees starting at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $50 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. The home is monitored with decibel sensors to ensure compliance with the noise policy. Long-term guests (30 days or more) will be subject to a background search and credit check. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and there is zero tolerance for violations, with police involvement if necessary. The condo features lightning-fast fiber internet, making it ideal for remote work. A laptop computer is not included.
