All properties are smoke-free environments, and smoking is not permitted within or outside the suites, including balconies, patios, or common areas. Any sign of smoking may result in immediate termination and recovery fees starting at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $50 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission, and only one towel per guest is provided per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must be at least 22 years old if from out of town or 25 years old if local. No weapons or drugs are allowed, with a zero-tolerance policy enforced by calling the police for violations. Guests must not disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for noise compliance. Long-term stays of 30 days or more are subject to a background search and credit check.
