Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM with a $50 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The maximum number of pets allowed is two with a combined weight of 40 lbs. No Pit Bulls, Bull Mastiffs, or similar breeds are allowed. Emotional Support Animals may incur a pet fee and their presence can be declined. Guests must provide a copy of their official government-issued photo ID, confirm contact information, pass through a verification portal, and in some instances, complete a criminal background check. All guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay.
