No outside guests are allowed without permission. Guests must provide a valid photo ID to complete the booking. The maximum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violations. Guests must not disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM.
