The home features two living rooms with lots of space for entertainment, a reliable Wi-Fi connection, and a private entrance with self check-in. The property is pet-friendly with a $150 pet fee. It also offers a 2-car driveway and plenty of street parking. Located in the booming Weho Neighborhood, this home puts you right in the heart of Nashville and within 10 minutes of most anything this wonderful city has to offer. There are a couple of great coffee shops and restaurants within a couple of blocks and many more within a very short drive. Our favorites include Falcon Coffee Bar, Diskin Cider, Earnest Hideaway, and if you really want to treat yourself, Bastion is one of the best restaurants in town. While the home is very close to everything Nashville has to offer, it is not particularly walkable to many destinations. We encourage driving or utilizing services such as Lyft and Uber. Commute times by car include 1 minute to Weho and the Soccer Stadium, 4 minutes to The Gulch and 12 South, 6 minutes to Vanderbilt and Broadway, 7 minutes to Nissan Stadium, 9 minutes to Five Points (East Nashville), and 10 minutes to Germantown and Sounds Stadium. All guests will have full access to the home and its amenities. While we don't anticipate any problems during your stay, assistance is readily available by phone or in person if needed. Includes a private office for those who need to work, with a reliable Wi-Fi connection. A laptop computer is not included.
