The kitchen and dining area come with stainless steel appliances, designer fixtures, all the basic cooking items and dishware, and a large dining area with a great wet bar area. There's a shared half bathroom near the kitchen as well as countertop seating. Level 3 includes the master bedroom with a king bed, heavenly mattress, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, and an attached master bathroom with a double sink vanity and large walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a king bed, oversized closet, and attached bathroom with shower/tub combo. The third bedroom features a queen bed and an attached shared bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds (trundle bed) and an attached bathroom with shower/tub combo. Available add-ons include an air mattress for $50 each and pack and play and highchairs for $25 each. A car is not necessary as Uber and Lyft are recommended for getting around Nashville. The home has an elevator that is not accessible for liability purposes. Booking guests must be at least 25 years old. Same day move-ins will not be honored after 9 AM AZ time. Local guests must be pre-approved to book this house. All guests with a confirmed criminal record shall be declined and asked to cancel the booking at their own expense. Guest agrees to provide identity authentication to Guest Ranger operating for GoodNight Stay. They will authenticate name, address, phone number, and photo ID verification. If this is not provided within 48 hours of booking, GoodNight Stay has the right to cancel the booking without penalty. All listed amenities are to be used at guest’s own risk. The homeowner and GoodNight Stay will not be held liable for any risk, danger, injury, or damages caused to the other party. Parties, events, or weddings are not allowed.
