The kitchen and dining area are equipped with stainless steel appliances, designer fixtures, and all the basic cooking items and dishware. There's a large dining area with a great wet bar area and a shared half bathroom near the kitchen as well as countertop seating. The third level includes a master bedroom with a king bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, and an attached master bathroom with a double sink vanity and large walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a king bed, an oversize closet, and an attached bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The third bedroom features a queen bed and an attached shared bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom offers two twin beds (trundle bed) and an attached bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Please note that the elevator in the home is not accessible for liability purposes. For your convenience, air mattresses are available for $50 each and Pack & Play and highchairs are available for $25 each. A car is not necessary in this neighborhood, as Uber and Lyft are recommended for getting around. You'll have full access to the home, which is located in a vibrant area of Nashville. These four-level homes require stairs for access. Booking guests must be at least 25 years old. Same day move-ins will not be honored after 9 AM AZ time. If you are a local person, you must be pre-approved in order to book this house. All guests with a confirmed criminal record shall be declined and asked to cancel the booking at their own expense. Guest agrees to provide identity authentication to Guest Ranger operating for GoodNight Stay. They will authenticate name, address, phone number, and photo ID verification. If this is not provided within 48 hours of booking, GoodNight Stay has the right to cancel the booking without penalty. All listed amenities are to be used at the guest’s own risk. The homeowner and GoodNight Stay will not be held liable for any risk, danger, injury, or damages caused to the other party. Parties, events, or weddings are not allowed.
