Bradford Hills Neighborhood

Bradford Hills is the nice, quiet, middle class neighborhood that is the preferred place to raise kids. The houses are well kept and the lawns are big. Mature trees dot every yard and green manicured lawns separate the houses from the streets. The traffic is kept on main roads and out of the residential areas. It’s a great place to be outside.

The neighborhood is south of Nashville. Bradford Hills follows Bradford Hills Road west from Nolensville Pike until it ends. The neighborhood includes the roads that are accessible from Bradford Hills Road. It extends north to the end of Cody Road and south to the end of Woodfield Drive.

Nashville has mild winters and warm summers, and the golf courses to take advantage of the climate. Nashville Golf and Athletic club is a private club with a 10,000 square foot clubhouse and a challenging 18 hole course built into the lush Tennessee country. A more traditional club is the Old Natchez Country Club with a year long social events calendar, Olympic size pool, dining and banquet facilities, and a spectacular 18 hole course.

Commuting to downtown Nashville is simple with the convenient access to either Interstate 24 or Interstate 65.

Downtown Nashville has a shrine to Country Music around every corner. The iconic Grand Old Opry is just off the main drag of Broadway and hosts the longest running live radio show in the country. Fans can also check out up and coming artists at Tootsie Orchid Lounge, a Nashville nightspot for more than 50 years. And no fan should miss out on stopping at Ernest Tubbs Record Store, a one of a kind place to find everything country.
