Nashville at a Glance
Lenox Village Neighborhood
Residents of Lenox Village in Antioch, part of greater Nashville, Tennessee, can walk to stores, because this is a self-contained community with sidewalks, tree-lined streets and homes in classic Southern architectural style. It is know as the “smart-growth Traditional Neighborhood Development,” and was established in 2000 by Regent Homes. This is a company that has built several other community-type residential areas in Middle Tennessee.
The homes and townhomes of Lenox Village feature a variety of floor plans. The mixed-use development also has condos available for renters. Pocket parks dot the property and utilities are designed so that they are all underground. This means that no poles or wires, which are common in Nashville, spoil the view. There is a Homeowner’s Association, which charges fees connected with maintenance of the buildings and grounds.
The pet-friendly, gated development of Lenox Village is located off Nolensville Pike, past Nipper’s Corner and between I65 and I24. It is closer to Brentwood than to downtown Nashville. On-site stores include restaurants and services, such as cleaners, salons, florists and doctor’s offices.
Elementary schools, middle schools and Overton High School are just a short drive away. Nearby Brentwood gives residents access to an extensive commercial district. There are also a few recreational facilities for residents, including golf courses, tennis courts and swimming pools.
