This tightly packed neighborhood is made up of single family homes that are all spaced at identical intervals from each other. Banana boats can be rented from the Nashville Shores Marina, and boat owners may join the marina to use the facilities.

Breaker Bay is a 25,000 square foot wave pool. The ocean size wave pool features a patented WaveTek system that produces five different wave patterns, and it creates four foot waves.

Castaway Creek is a new 1,000 foot long lazy river. The lazy river, which is 17 feet wide, is the first lazy river to be created in Middle Tennessee. It is also the widest lazy river in the state. Visitors to Nashville Shores can also relax at the more conventional swim area along the shores of Percy Priest Lake.
