Cedar Crest Neighborhood

Cedar Crest has all of the benefits of living in a legendary city like Nashville, but is located outside the hustle and bustle of big city living. Southwest of the city, Cedar Crest includes Cedar Crest Drive until it ends in a court and all of the streets that connect to Cedar Crest. Maybe by accident, or maybe not, Cedar Crest Drive is shaped like a musical note, a reflection of the city of Nashville.

When this neighborhood was planned, the idea was to keep things quiet and residential. The streets of Cedar Crest all end in courts, keeping all the traffic residential. Along with the quiet streets are big yards and plenty of mature pines. It’s a safe place to play, walk, or just take in the great Tennessee climate from a nice porch.

Tennessee is a place that treasures the great outdoors, with Cedar Crest located close to some great facilities. Harpeth River Park and Bellevue Park are next door to each other and offer everything from boating to youth soccer programs. It’s just a half an hour drive to the 20,000 acre Cheatham Wildlife Management Area and offers hunting, boating, camping fishing and great hiking trails through a pristine preserved natural area.

Nashville is Music City. A trip down Broadway in Downtown Nashville passes some of the most famous country music icons in the world. Tootsies Orchid Lounge has been entertaining country music fans since 1960 and is the place to see up and coming artists honing their craft. Just across the street is Ernest Tubbs Record Store, an icon in country music for over 60 years.
