This newly renovated townhome includes a king bed, two queen beds, and a queen sofa bed, along with 2.5 bathrooms. The living room opens with a queen pullout sleeper sofa, SmartTV for streaming, and cable TV. A half bathroom is on the main level. The dining area with seating for six leads into a full kitchen equipped with dishes, silverware, basic cookware, stove and oven, dishwasher, and drip coffee maker. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, one with a tub and the other with a shower. Enjoy free Wi-Fi and access to one of three propane grills in the common area outside, as well as an indoor pool open year-round. This home is pet-friendly with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. Parking is limited in front of the townhomes, and guests may not park more than one vehicle in front of their townhome. While staying here, be sure to visit the Old Mill Square or the Pigeon Forge “Island”. The Old Mill Square, centered on a large wooden gristmill, is pet-friendly and designed to look as it did when 18th- and 19th-century pioneers arrived in Tennessee. The plaza is lined with shops and restaurants situated in charming colonial buildings with wraparound porches. Whether visiting Dollywood, catching dinner and a show, or taking a family hike to breathe in the crisp mountain air at the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, you won’t want to miss it!
