Nestled in the woods, but only a mile from Dollywood and the Parkway, this townhome is perfect for your weekend trip, family Dollywood vacation, friends' getaway, or just some fun exploring the area. Located in the heart of Pigeon Forge, less than 2 miles from Dollywood and only a 20-minute drive to Gatlinburg, there are endless attractions with something for everyone. This townhome includes a king bed, two bunk beds each with a twin over a full, and a queen sofa bed, accommodating up to ten guests. It features 2.5 bathrooms, a full kitchen, cable TV, and free Wi-Fi. The pet-friendly unit provides access to one of three propane grills in the common area outside and an indoor pool open year-round. The living room opens into a dining area with seating for six, leading into a full kitchen equipped with dishes, silverware, basic cookware, a stove and oven, a dishwasher, a drip coffee maker, and a washer/dryer. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, one with a tub and the other with a shower. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable per pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended in the home and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. Shared spaces around the townhome complex include parking, an indoor pool, and a grilling outdoor area. While you're here, be sure to stop by the Old Mill Square or the Pigeon Forge “Island”. The Old Mill Square, centered on a large wooden gristmill and designed to look just how it did when 18th- and 19th-century pioneers arrived in Tennessee, is lined with shops and restaurants situated in charming colonial buildings with wraparound porches. Whether it’s visiting Dollywood, catching dinner and a show, or taking a family hike to breathe in some crisp mountain air at the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, you won’t want to miss it. Key locations close to Pinecrest include Dollywood, Dollywood Splash Country, Old Forge Distillery, Titanic Museum, Great Smoky Mountains National Park, The “Island”, and Old Mill Square. For dining, consider The Old Mill Restaurant, Local Goat, TimberWood Grill, and Mama’s Farmhouse. Pet-friendly spots include Doggywood, Smoky Mountain River Rat, Patriot Park, and Yee Haw Brewing Company. Guests will have full and private access to their townhome. We offer contact-free check-in via a digital door code, and our team is only a phone call away if needed during your stay. The hot tub in the pool area is not operational, so do not reserve a townhome in hopes of being able to use a hot tub. A signed rental agreement is required and guests must be 21 years of age to book. Uber and Lyft are available in the area for ease of access.
