This newly renovated townhome includes a king-size bed, two queen-size beds, and a queen sofa bed, accommodating your family or group comfortably. With two bathrooms, a full kitchen, cable TV, and free Wi-Fi, you will feel at home. The living room opens into a dining area with seating for six, leading into a fully equipped kitchen with dishes, silverware, basic cookware, a stove and oven, a dishwasher, and a drip coffee maker. Enjoy access to one of three propane grills in the common area outside and an indoor pool open year-round. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Parking is limited, with only one vehicle allowed in front of the townhome, and additional parking may be on the street. While staying here, visit the Old Mill Square or the Pigeon Forge “Island”. The Old Mill Square, centered around a large wooden gristmill, is pet-friendly and designed to resemble its 18th- and 19th-century origins. The plaza is lined with shops and restaurants in charming colonial buildings with wraparound porches. Whether visiting Dollywood, catching dinner and a show, or hiking in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, there is something for everyone. Check-in is contact-free and automated through messaging, with a unique door code provided 24 hours prior to arrival. Pets must be crated when left unattended and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All pet waste must be cleaned up from the yard. Evidence of pet hair on furniture, excess hair, stains, or waste will incur additional cleaning charges. Parking is limited, and the driveway is small, possibly requiring street parking. The hot tub in the pool area is not operational.
