These units are a central living space with a suite at each end: bed, bath, closets. I'm the on-site manager and I live in my own unit just like this one. My daughter loves her privacy. Maybe yours does, too, but the floor plan is also good for people interested in shared living without having to share too much, We live in a suburban neighborhood hidden behind Braker and Dessau. There's 35-free access to Tech Ridge (minutes away, several shortcuts, includes HEB), the Domain (via Braker or Kramer), and Samsung (via Dessau and Parmer). If you have a bicycle or are a determined walker, we have some convenience stores and a Mi Casa Market within reach. Each unit includes up to 2 parking spots. Pets allowed with additional deposit and rent, no species/breed/weight restrictions but pets must be interviewed before approval.
