With experience across various facets of real estate, including residential sales, leasing, home renovations, negotiation, and business development, Denise's diverse skill set propelled her to the position of Director of Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
Holding a real estate license and serving as a supervisor in Texas since 2007, Denise boasts an impressive list of accomplishments. Notably, she achieved record-breaking sales for Austin 360 Condominiums, making it the fastest-selling building in Austin, Texas, with 430 units and sales totaling hundreds of millions. Denise's consistent sales records have earned her recognition in the Central Texas spotlight, including four consecutive years as a Platinum Top 50 Nominee and Award Winner, three consecutive years as the Top Downtown Austin Agent, and multiple accolades such as the Million Dollar Award Achiever and Top Agent Award Winner.
Currently serving as the VP of Sales for Prospect Real Estate, in partnership with Pearlstone Partners, one of the largest local developers, Denise is successfully overseeing and managing various new developments in Austin, Texas. These include buildings such as Natiivo Austin, HOM, AXIOM East, Cascade Condominiums, Parkside at Mueller, and the latest addition under construction Vesper ATX and Zephyr South Lamar. Denise's leadership has led her teams to successful closeouts, and she derives satisfaction from motivating team members to exceed their best.
