Located in the unique and captivating enclave of Rainey Street in downtown Austin, TX, this condo offers an upscale yet welcoming atmosphere. Enjoy bars that resemble houses with enchanting string lighting and a delectable array of dining options. Natiivo Austin is just 20 minutes from Circuit of the Americas, making it ideal for Formula 1 fans and attendees of major events who want to experience vibrant Austin life. Smoking, fireworks, and pets are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. Parties are not permitted in the unit or anywhere else in the building. The HOA has the right to remove guests from common areas and impose fines for disruptive behavior. If fines are incurred due to guest behavior, the guest will be responsible for the fines. Due to the downtown location, some city noise may be audible from the unit. A white noise machine is provided for your comfort, and earplugs are available upon request. Early check-in and late check-out are possible, subject to availability and with an associated fee. The primary guest must be 25 years or older and present for the entire reservation. Additional fees may be incurred if personal items are left behind. For safety reasons, lighting candles is not allowed inside the property. The communal pool is available from 7 AM to 12 AM on the 33rd floor, and only registered guests are permitted. No glass is allowed in and around the pool or hot tub. The pool heater may struggle to maintain temperature if it's below 45°F, and it cannot function effectively below 35°F. The communal fitness center and outdoor lounge are available 24/7 on the 10th floor. Trash services are located on every floor near the elevators. Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76°F (heating) or below 68°F (cooling). Adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep doors and windows closed as much as possible. If you encounter any issues, contact us. The condo includes a co-working space, making it remote work-friendly. Enjoy the convenience of a coffee bar and co-working space on-site.
