Hello! Description: I have a room available with big closet in a house around North/East Austin (off of Manor St). Big yard that is great for dogs. AT&T gigabit internet. W/D. Close to big companies like Applied Materials, Samsung, Tesla. Short drive to places like Domain and downtown. with some flexibility. Room is unfurnished. The living room is furnished. Room D. Rent is $850 and utilities will be $100 per month for Room D. Move in is March 1st, 2025 but I can be flexible. About us: I’m Shawn and a 34 year old young professional in the semiconductor industry. I’m an avid traveler, weight lifter, and salsa dancer. We have 1 big fluffy dog currently here so more pets will be considered on an individual basis. About you: Need to have proof of income and able to pass a background/credit check through for $30 (non-refundable). Please don't apply before speaking to me and touring the property. Be able to pay 1st month rent and 1 month rent for security deposit. Respectful, communicative, and clean. Dogs allowed. No cats because 1 roommate is allergic to cats. No couples. No messy people.
