Access to the community pool and amenity center with gym, co-working space, bike storage and ping pong table comes with the condo's rent. Minimum 1 month lease. Security/damage deposit is $1,150 and required at lease signing. Two person maximum occupancy. Applicants' gross monthly income must equal approximately two times or more the monthly rent. Criminal background check required. Credit history required. Must agree to abide by HOA policies. Two pet limit. Breed restrictions apply. Pet rent $75 per pet per month. Must have proof of flea and tick medication for pets. Absolutely no smoking. Parking in lot available for up to two vehicles. There is a $50 per vehicle parking fee. Vehicles must all be in working order, no oil leaks, and no vehicle maintenance is permitted on premises. Storage for boats, ATVs, or other recreational vehicles are not permitted.
