The room has a closet for you to use that is in addition to the 15x12 space. The mattress in the picture can be included if you need it. If not, it's currently in the garage. I don't tend to have more furnishings than that because I only do long term ( 30 day or longer ) rentals and oftentimes people will bring their own furniture. The house itself is 1461 square feet with two stories. I rent out two rooms and my other room is currently occupied. The kitchen is great. I own two microwaves and two toaster ovens so if there is ever a need for us to both use them at the same time, it won't be an issue. This property fosters rescue dogs so it's best that tenants do not have their own pets.
