The Del Mont building has been completely renovated with seven beautiful lofts, each with its own distinctive design incorporating elements from the 20th century. The bright lobby floors are original terrazzo and the lobby's high ceiling immediately provide a feel of elegance. Open living, dining and kitchen areas in the lofts are complimented by high ceilings and a spacious feel. The bathrooms are contemporary in style and the kitchens have custom cabinets with ceiling-high cabinets, granite counters and new appliances. A state-of-the-art security system with a video screen and intercom in your apartment allows you to see who is ringing your doorbell.
