The Copperfield neighborhood of Bryan, Texas, is a prime example of country living while still being within the city limits. The homes in this area were built in the last thirty years and are quite spacious. Set back from the street with large, lush lawns, they offer plenty of space for playing outside, yet have all the privacy that the residents desire. It is quite possible to wake in the morning to see deer grazing on the grass of the front lawn. It is located just off Booneville Road, east of Highway 6, which makes it easy to access the downtown core of the city from this location.

Families with children will be delighted to learn that there is an elementary school right in the Copperfield neighborhood. Children can walk to school or take the bus, depending on their age and how far their homes are from the schools. The Sam Houston Elementary School serves students from Kindergarten to Fifth Grade.

Enjoy nature at its finest right in the neighborhood at Copperfield Park. Here there are tennis courts, a playground, picnic tables, and a pavilion with barbecue facilities that is available for rent for the purpose of entertaining a large group of friends. The pavilion can seat 72 people. This is one aspect of the neighborhood that adds to the community ambiance and where residents can get to meet one another.
