The kitchen is a dream for any home chef with its spacious layout, ample countertops, and functional kitchen island, complemented by stainless steel appliances and a skylight. Free parking is available to guests with plenty of space in the double garage, on neighborhood streets, and on the driveway. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is available for your use. Pets are welcome with a surcharge to cover the cleaning fee. An additional nightly rate applies for more than six guests, with a $29/night fee for each additional guest. Welcome to Corinth! The City of Corinth is located in Denton County north of Lake Lewisville and is approximately 20 miles north of downtown Dallas. The Dallas / Fort Worth (DFW) International Airport is conveniently located 15 miles southwest of Corinth, which is approximately a 20-minute drive. Corinth has excellent highway access and is located on I-35E with FM 2181 (Swisher Road) providing east-west access so you can easily make your way into Dallas should you choose. Nearby attractions include Old Alton Bridge, Corinth Community Park, Denton Community Market, and Lake Lewisville. We do not allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort at our property. Only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. The fireplace is gas operated and should only be used if you are familiar with its operation. A noise alert device is installed to monitor reasonable noise levels. Self-check-in is available, and you will receive an email with instructions prior to your arrival. A laptop computer is not included. The home is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, making it remote work-friendly.
